This last winter, the remaining furnace failed, and after John investigated the problem, we were given several options. We chose to proceed with a new furnace, and within two days Stephen H. and Mark L. were at our house with the new Carrier furnace. They were both extremely kind, professional, and thorough during the installation. They also worked well into the night to make sure that our outside A/C unit was properly connected and recognized by the furnace, so that it would be functional when spring/summer arrived. Furthermore, they fixed a venting pipe from the other furnace that was leaking from a faulty connection. They really did an outstanding job. I happily recommend John, Stephen, Mark, and the entire Hentkowski family/team to anyone who wants dedicated, honest and professional HVAC maintenance and repair.
